It was a busy week at Chief headquarters. Sales people from around the globe all congregated in Eden Prairie, Minn., for their annual meeting to plan for the next year, see the latest products while they are still in development and learn new ways to best help installers find the right solutions for their projects.
Sales reps spent a few intense days of sharing best practices and training all with the goal of helping customers grow their businesses with new solutions and ideas.
Kicking off the meeting: a Minnesota-style Blizzard! Nearly 12 inches of snow fell in parts of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. A few reps were stranded in Chicago for a bit, and some of the reps from warmer climates were quick to learn the penguin shuffle we do to avoid falling on the slick sidewalks.
How have we done things? How might we do things better? Two questions that drive innovation, great products and better business opportunities for our customers.
The days filled up fast with one activity and learning session after another.
After all is said and done, our salespeople go back to their regions ready, motivated, and filled with great ideas to help make your next project the best yet.
